Since your product is specially ordered with detailed specification that you choose, we cannot use it for other customer and will be disposed. All our products have undergone a verified process before we deliver.
We have no control over whether you are selecting the correct product, so no refunds/returns/exchanges will be accepted for ordering the incorrect products. If your item is damaged, please call us at 718-392-1222 within an hour after delivery and we will get you a replacement.
